What to Submit
The workshop invites submissions (though not limited to) in the following areas:
- State of the Art in HPC & AI Integration: Overview of current technologies and methodologies where HPC meets AI. Case studies demonstrating successful integration in scientific research and industry.
- HPC for AI: Accelerating Learning and Inference: Utilizing HPC to accelerate AI training and inference times. Benchmarking performance gains in AI applications through HPC.
- Large scale I/O and Analytics: Challenges in handling big data with HPC and AI. Techniques for efficient data storage, retrieval, and processing at scale.
- HPC-AI for Scientific Discovery: Applications of AI for simulation and modeling in scientific domains such as computational fluid dynamics, climate modeling, astrophysics, and bioinformatics. Leveraging HPC for the larger areas of Scientific Machine Learning (neural network-driven scientific research). Few such focus areas are: Physics Informed Neural Network (PINN), AI assisted Data Driven Weather Modelling.
- Future Directions and Emerging Technologies, Hardware and Software Design Machine learning in compiler optimization, auto tuning, software & hardware performance optimization. Discussion on the upcoming trends at the nexus of HPC and AI. Anticipating future challenges and opportunities in hardware and software developments.
